Privacy & statistics
We use your answers to show salary information, understand our audience of international residents and improve Dansk Sprogskole’s free tools and learning services.
What we save
When you click Show salary, we save your answers about residence, work and experience, education (including graduation year), languages, Danish study status and job preferences. If you live in Denmark, this includes your a-kasse (unemployment insurance fund). Applicable answers and storage are required to submit the questionnaire. Published job salary pages can be read without submitting.
After the result, you can optionally tell us whether you would consider a job like this in Denmark and which factors matter to you. We add this response to the same statistics submission. You can skip it and still see your full result.
We do not ask for your name, email address, CPR number, age or gender. Answers contain fixed choices and numbers, not free-text descriptions; job-search text is not saved. We do not link answers to a login, learning account, IP address or tracking ID. Each submission has a random reference, time and notice version.
Purpose and access
We analyse grouped responses to understand our audience and improve Dansk Sprogskole. We do not sell answers, use them for marketing or employment decisions, or share individual submissions with employers or other partners. Shared statistics must not reasonably identify anyone.
Simply.com provides hosting. When internal email is enabled, a copy goes to booking@dansksprogskole.dk in Microsoft 365 and may be processed with Power Automate for internal statistics. Only authorised staff have access.
How long we keep answers
We keep answers for ongoing statistics and comparisons over time, with no scheduled automatic expiry. We review this need and delete or irreversibly anonymise information no longer needed, including email and automation copies. Anonymous grouped statistics may be kept long term.
Your choices and rights
Keep your private management link to delete your submission. Contact us with its reference for help or removal of delivered email and automation copies. We cannot find answers by your name.
Where data protection law applies, our legal basis is legitimate interests: understanding our audience, improving the service and keeping it secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object. You can complain to Datatilsynet. Truly anonymous grouped statistics cannot be traced back to remove an individual contribution.
Cookies and security
The tool uses a necessary security cookie lasting up to one hour, with no advertising or analytics tracking. Separate technical data protects against misuse; hosting and email services may keep security and delivery logs.
